As items are custom made to order, returns are not accepted. Unfortunately with shipping frames and delicate plasters, damage can happen in transit! Damaged items will always be taken care of. Please email me at Cameoandcrest@gmail.com with any damaged item issues.

This depends! I aim for no longer than 3 weeks. Custom orders may require additional material lead time, however. Timelines for custom orders will always be communicated early and often.
